Halloween Trick-or-Treat
Dozens of Downtown businesses will open their doors to kids 12 and under for a safe and fun Halloween experience, Friday, October 31, 1:00 - 500 p.m. Stop first in E Street Plaza to make your own trick-or-treat bag and receive a FREE professional photo of your costumed children.
