Halloween Trick-or-Treat
Dozens of Downtown businesses will open their doors to kids of all ages for a safe and fun Halloween experience, Friday, October 31, 1:00 - 500 p.m. Free crafts and other activities will be offered simultaneously in E Street Plaza.
